Being well-prepared for your appointment will ensure that the doctor has all of the needed information to provide the best possible care for you. 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.  Failure to given 48 hours' notice may result in a $25.00 fine for a regular appointment and a $50.00 fine for a surgical appointment.  Such fees must be paid before another appointment will be scheduled.
